I use www.uslia.com, and I had no problem saving this avatar on my computer. However, I tried to get it to be my avatar on the USLIA.com when I would click on "browse" and then clicked on "submit" to add that avatar to the list. The problem is that the USLIA.com site requires that the avatar has to be less than 12 kb. How can I reduce that?
